Gluten-Free Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Chocolate Zucchini Bread (Gluten-Free)
Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
Mix together all ingredients except chips and nuts. Once mixed well, add chips and nuts.
Grease and flour pans. (Remember to use GF flour when flouring the pans.) Bake at 325°. Makes two loaves of bread or 9 Jumbo muffins and one mini loaf. Bake 45-60 minutes for loaves. Bake 30 minutes for jumbo muffins. Ovens may vary so muffins are done when toothpick test comes out dough-free.
Note: Nestle states that their semi-sweet morsels are gluten-free along with these other chips: milk chocolate, chocolate chunks, semi-sweet mini morsels, milk chocolate morsels, premier white morsels, milk chocolate and peanut butter swirled morsels, and semi-sweet and premier white swirled morsels. Please note that the Nestle butterscotch chips are not gluten-free. Be sure to check all packaging to ensure these brands remain gluten-free.
