Natural Non-Toxic Toothpaste

If you are trying to get healthier, this natural non-toxic toothpaste recipe will help you get on the right track.  Using commercial toothpaste daily is another toxin we can do without.

1/2 Cup Coconut Oil

2-3 Tablespoons Baking Soda

15-20 Drops Essential Oil (i.e. Peppermint, Orange)

Pinch of Salt

Natural Sweetener (optional):  can use xylitol, stevia or erythritol

Mix up and store in glass jar.

*NOTE: This toothpaste can be used for pets but if using xylitol, do NOT use for dogs as xylitol is toxic to dogs.
