When Can I Expect My Order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Your order will be shipped via USPS first class mail.
There may be potential delays within the post office due to Covid-19 processing times. Better with Nutrition does not have control over these delays as they are strictly regulated by the USPS.
What Will My Order Look Like When I Receive It?
Your Picky Eaters Palette program will be mailed in a 11 x 13″ large green envelope. Watch for the bright color in your mail.
Domestic Shipping Rates
These rates vary from a flat fee of $8.00 or may be included in the pricing if purchased with packaged services.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Refunds/Returns
If you find that the Picky Eaters Palette is not what you expected, please contact me as you have two options:
1. We can work together towards successful dietary changes with the addition of consultation services as this may be needed in various circumstances or;
2. You may contact me regarding my 45 Day Guarantee explained below:
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the Picky Eaters Palette after following the program for 30 days, please contact me about a refund. If the complete program is returned to me in original condition within 45 days of purchase, I will refund your purchase minus a $35 processing fee.*
*Packages purchased with consultation services will reflect a reduction in refund for any services already rendered.
